Having been a customer of Coggin Orlando and owner of Hondas for years, when my son's car was injured beyond repair, I called Cal Piper, Parts and Service Director for contact names in the Used Car depar Hondas for years, when my son's car was injured beyond repair, I called Cal Piper, Parts and Service Director for contact names in the Used Car department.We were directed to Arthur Glass, who was very knowledgeable, also professional yet friendly, to the extent my son found the exact fit that he needed in a car. All his questions were answered. For the payment end we interfaced with the business department, specifically Alvin Santana, who spent an adequate time, answering questions and providing us with various financial options which were very helpful. The same professionalism yet warmth was exhibited. Cal Piper directed me to people that gave us a satisfactory purchasing experience. He initially took the time out of his busy schedule to talk with me. Coggin Honda goes above and beyond whether it's waiting for your car to be serviced (when you can use a computer, watch a movie and/or drink some coffee, freshly brewed at their snack area), or just car shopping. They keep you informed because they ARE informed. More

I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Coggin Honda in Orlando, and have never been dissatisfied with their sales force. I have dealt with their service department for about 20 years and have been sat in Orlando, and have never been dissatisfied with their sales force. Unfortunately, the 2004 Civic Hybrid had a problem with the transmission, and each time it would start to shudder and jerk upon acceleration from a stop, I would take it into the service department and there was a "fix" for it, with the exception of this last time. It became unfeasible/uneconomical to replace the transmission, so a new car was in play. I could have gone across the street or to any of the dealers nearby, but I stayed with Coggin. Why? I like the product, but, moreover I like the people. I had been assisted by Mr. Vern Smith, of the service department in the past and asked for his assistance on this occassion. I will asked for him, by name, in the future for routine or other service. Vern introduced me to Sean and in turn to R.J.Lindsay. I also worked with "Smiley" Fernandez on the paperwork, of which there was a LOT! I got the overall feeling that they were all there for me. I have driven my new Civic for a week now, and am pleased with the performance. It also seems much bigger inside than my Hybrid, which I really liked and enjoyed driving, until the "judder" problem More

I recently had that new car urge and the buying new car dread. Using my Costco membership as a starting point I was contacted by Mike. My son and I went to the dealership on a Sunday and met Mike. We first had a discussion on what car that I was looking for and then we pursued the large inventory, test driving a CRV,my choice. The color that I really wanted was not available but Mike found one at another dealer and the next day I drove home in my beautiful new white CRV. My son now has my 2006 CRV and we are both happy with our new Honda's. And especially pleased with the professional and personal care working with Mike.
