Stay away from the Coggin Honda Orlando Service Center I brought my 2011 Honda Accord in for a simple installation job. I was quoted 10 hours of labor for installation of lowering springs, 19" wheels/tires I brought my 2011 Honda Accord in for a simple installation job. I was quoted 10 hours of labor for installation of lowering springs, 19" wheels/tires and a short shifter kit. I paid a total of $1,063.00 becuase I thought that if anybody could do the installation correctly it would be Honda. I was wrong. I quickly discovered that the balance and alignment of the wheels/tires was incorrect. After driving to Tampa from Orlando on Interstate 4, I experienced continous vibration in my steering wheel at 55-60mph+, I also noticed that from the far left lane on I-4 my car pulled all the way across all lanes to the far right lane. I brought my car back in and waited for 1 hour for a service tech to drive my car. After he drove the car he said, it needed "fine tuning". Jim the service manager and Kalef the assistant service manager both told me that most likely the real problem with my car wasn't that they couldn't set up my car correctly, but that it was a problem of cross wind on the highway or torque steer. They also told me that I wasn't testing my car properly and that I didn't know how highways are built. I told Kalef that I didn't have time to wait there any longer and that I needed a car to drive so I could go to work. Kalef told me that there was no car available for me to use. After that, Jim told me that there was a car that I could use but, I would have to put down a deposit and pay for the gas. I declined the rental car and said I would wait for my car. I waited a total of 3 hors from the time I got there till my car was done. I was late for work and the service managers treated me like I was a problem and not a customer of many years. Nobody apologized for wasting my time. The next week I drove my car on I-4 again from Orlando to Lakeland and discovered that they had fixed nothing. At this point I decided to contact Jerry Lovins the general manager at Coggin Orlando Honda. I called Jerry 4 times over the course of 4 days. I left Jerry 3 voicemails and had the secretary Irene write down a note for Jerry to contact me. I also sent 2 different emails on 2 different days to Jerry. Jerry still has not contacted me in any way. Instead, I did get a voicemail from Jim the service manager saying that Jerry is busy in meetings and that if I needed something to call Jim. I was so frustrated by this that I am now no longer willing to bring in my car a 3rd time for them to "fix" it. They obviously can't set my car up right and Jerry Lovins doesn't seem to care about my repeated attempts to contact him. I am now demanding a refund for the mount/balance of the tires and the alignment. I bought 2 Honda Accord's from Coggin Honda Orlando over the years and have always serviced them there. If they will do this to me, imagine what they might do to a new customer? Stay away from this dealership! More

I needed further assistance after the sale, but my e-mails and calls were ignored by the manager. If your financial manager is Elyin Perez, I advise you to ask for somebody else. Only sales representative communicated with me all the time, although (not his fault) he did not have much power to help me, but he tried his best. If not for Marcial, I would give this dealership all Very Bad marks. Also, please, check with your insurance company how much they charge for GAP insurance. Dealership charged me $750 for 5 years; my insurance charges only $30 for 5 years. Yours might be different, but still, one brief call may save you hundreds of dollars. More

Before heading over to make my purchase I did all the research comparing with other Honda locations to see where my better buy will be. I had an appointment with Michael Moushon which was very helpful from the start and flexible with my appointment. Everyone at this location was helpful and kind but working with Michael, he made buying a car fast and easy. He listen to every detail I was looking for and made it happen. Even a phone call to see how things were going with my new car made the experience a great one. Thanks again :) really recommend this location! More

Went to Coggin Honda to buy a new car which I am really happy with. Carlos worked hard to get me the car that I wanted over a period of several days. Both of the service people I worked with were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and were even patient with me when I would call my cousin for help because he was unable to be with me. I had already returned a couple of times for the service center, and the gentlemen that helped me last time even remembered me and came by to say hello when he saw me in the waiting area.
