It was on our second visit that we made our purchase of two new vehicles(we were still shopping on our first visit). We had not started out with the intention to purchase two vehicles but we were offered a two new vehicles(we were still shopping on our first visit). My husband had purchased several vehicles in the past from Mike Davidson Ford and this will definitely not be our last. Everyone we dealt with definitely went above and beyond to make our experience one that exceeded our expectations. While driving a brand new car is exciting, I dread the process of purchasing one however this time was so easy that I wanted to share the experience we had. Patrick Theriault was our "no pressure" sales person. He was very patient with us and never made uf feel pressured to rush into a decision. We dealt with Patrick both on our first and second visits. John Moon, his sales manager was great. Both he and Patrick assisted us in making our final decision and offered us a price and financing offer that we felt comfortable with. We did some comparison shopping at other dealers with some different makes and models prior to making our purchase and we found that we received the best value and options for our money. Ron Mack and Ben Mitts also offered us great customer service. I had ordered some floors mats for my vehicle but when I brought my car in to have the remote start installed, they had not come in yet. So the next day Ron stopped by my job after he got off of work and brought them to me -- and I do not work around the corner from the dealership. Ben was very entertaining during our time of signing the paperwork to finalize financing and so forth. We have had the opportunity to deal with all of these individuals several times since our purchase and they continue to exceed our expectations. Everyone we have come in contact with, from the moment we walk into the door and are greeted by the receptionist to the time we leave, is so friendly. This dealership must be a great place to work because everyone is always smiling. They truly are the "good guys at Mike Davidson Ford." More

Shopping for a vehicle is one of my least favorite experiences; however the staff at Mike Davidson made it a much more pleasurable experience than expected. I looked around for a few days trying to find the perfect car and I finally did at Mike Davidson Ford At Regency. As soon as I pulled into the lot Brian came out and explained all about the 2007 mustang conv car and I finally did at Mike Davidson Ford At Regency. As soon as I pulled into the lot Brian came out and explained all about the 2007 mustang convertible. He knew alot of important information on alot of the cars i was looking at. We then narrowed it down to what I liked the most and took it for a test drive. He explained all the details about the car on the test drive and seemed to impress me on his knowledge of the car. We then sat down and went over some prices and trade in value. We worked for awhile but then finally agreed on something. I would like to thank Ben for all his patience doing all the paper work for my banks back in PA. Overall this is by far the best custumer service i have came across anywhere.
