This is the third Infiniti that purchased at Cochran, they are able to immediately identify your needs, price range and they do what they can to make the deal happen. I don't even know why I even considered visiting another dealer (Valley Honda). I am a customer for life, the sales department and service department are second to none. The used car sales people are wonderful; they will see that you can ride in luxury without a huge bankroll. I have never been disappointed, they treat you as a valued customer not just someone off the street that can make them a commission. They have more vehicles than any other dealer and are all in one area to make your choice easy. Thank you Cochran! More

This was my 3rd purchase at Cochran, and my 2nd Infiniti. I visited a few other dealerships in the past, but none has been as friendly, professional, or competitively priced as Cochran Infiniti. From the initial experience of walking into the door, Steve was welcoming and offered me assorted beverages and snacks (a nice touch). The dealership is immaculately clean, which to me reflects on the quality of the service. I have been in some dirty dealerships and you feel like you are getting a poor deal from the moment you step inside. I ended up getting a G37xS, and was helped the whole way through the process by Steve. We went on a test drive, and I was offered no time limit or felt pressured or rushed while I tried out the vehicle (even when I hit the gas and almost flew through a light). After I decided on which vehicle and options, Heyward walked me through the financing options for the vehicle. Normally financial guys trying to pull the ringer on you, but Heyward very clearly showed me which vehicles were available, price points, and options I had. I ended up getting a great deal from him, and the signing process was a breeze. Finally, when I picked up the car, Steve walked me through every option on the vehicle and how they worked. His knowledge of the car and the technology was excellent - there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this dealership, the friendly people, and courteous service. More

I decided it was time to replace my 2004 G35x. I initiated an on-line inquiry. When I stopped at the dealership to take a test drive of a G37 with the sport package, Chris met me at the door. We took the drive, reviewed inventory available with the fetaures I wanted, and discussed the value of my trade in. I couldn't pass up the deal, so ordered a car. Chris followed up to advise he was gettign the car from outside Philly, had ordered the spolier/grille I wanted, and arranged for me to pick it up the next week. The car was ready when promised. Chris went through the new features of the car in a very efficient manner - he didn't waste my time reviewing buttons that were the same as the 2004 model. I would recommend Chris to anyone interested in buying an Infiniti. He was knowledgeable about the Infiniti products and the whole delivery process. I arrived at Cochran looking for a used truck and found one in a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The car was in impeccable condition and the price was almost unbeatable. I can almost guarantee you that they could one in a 2009 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The car was in impeccable condition and the price was almost unbeatable. I can almost guarantee you that they could have sold this car for more but stuck to a price that was fair and very much reasonable for how great of a condition the vehicle was in. The best part about my experience was how well I treated even though I wasn't even buying an Infiniti! Absolutely no one was pushy and they listened to what I wanted and offered any way to help me get just that. The salesperson even offered to referred me to their Chevy devision if I wanted to look at other vehicles even though this meant him losing a sale. Additionally, I have had my vehicle serviced by Cochran of Monroeville and they've taken care of me every step of the way. This included honoring my warranty when a lock on a door malfunctioned. It was fixed with zero questions asked. Also, upon getting my vehicle inspected and two new tires (that they allowed me to buy independently) put on, the technician accidentally ran over a nail and popped of my remaining "old" tires when pulling the vehicle out of the bays. Heyward Penn took it upon himself to call me immediately and inform me of the situation which included them overnighting a brand new tire for free. Accidents are surely bound to happen. It's how you deal with them that really matters and this dealership hit the ball out of the park. Truly great customer service. More

To say the least, I was given the best service throughout the whole buying experience, was not pressured into or rushed to make a decision, and feel I was given the best value in all aspects of the word. My experiences with the staff and service here have exceeded all expectations, not only during the buying process, but during all service experiences, as well. The service that I have been given since buying my car (inspections, oil changes, etc...) has been exceptional, as the staff goes above and beyond the minimun and what is expected to meet (and exceed) your needs. There are many other aspects, such as online appointments, loaner cars, etc. that I have enjoyed using, as well.
