We have never had good service here. And unfortunately it’s the closest VW dealership so we have to use them for service. We’ve gotten both Of our Atlases from Colonial and they’re great up there. This specific time for a recall I was told on the phone 30min (I have to plan with two kids) and if there was an issue with the recall, it’d be two hours to Fix. I said, perfect, I will be picked up then if it needs to be fixed. So I get there first thing, 7:30am and they start by saying it will be 45min (not 30) to check for the recall. Annoyed, okay fine. Almost an hour and a half later, I go to check and all 6 or 7 service people are sitting around a counter and the gentleman at the computer looks down and says, “oh your keys are right here!” So what if I wouldn’t have asked? This or something of the like has happened with every single visit we’ve had to do. One time I had my one year old running around for well over two hours for something that was supposed to take under an hour. Again, another circumstance I would have planned for. We would never recommend anyone going there but unfortunately we don’t have a choice. As a side note, our lease was up this past fall and my husband tried reaching out for assistance over a month’s time, with zero success connecting with anyone that wanted to help us get our new 2021 Atlas. We said never mind and ended up traveling an hour to Colonial (where we got our first one. We just thought we’d try to stay local this time but we will never try again. It was worth the drive). More
Great service as always! Everyone was super friendly. My one issue was that I had to call to get an update on my car, it was near the end of the day and I hadn’t received one.
