We have had an issue on our brand new VW Tiguan. We called the Service Dept and we have been told to go there to get it fixed. We go there but the parts needed are missing. Nobody calls. We get an email "saying did you get my message?" and we reply "No, we didn't. What was it about". Again no answer. We send again emails. Nothing.
