Worst experience of my life. Had car for almost a month which makes time in shop close to time in driveway since new cars *( 2 bought at same time ) were bought. Told by RYAN I was coming in to speak w/ th which makes time in shop close to time in driveway since new cars *( 2 bought at same time ) were bought. Told by RYAN I was coming in to speak w/ the tech who saw me duplicate the problem 2 fridays ago and shop foreman. Get there waited 20 minutes then was told take car or reporting loaner stolen w/ no test drive , no techs to explain why it is safe now just forced me to leave in unsafe car or be stranded. If they told me they are not skilled or knowledgeable enough to complete work would have gladly brought elsewhere but being baited in by text on Ryans phone w/ no ride home. He knew I had multiple meetings so this also cost me 2 clients , nevermind my time and most importantly they FORCED ME TO LEAVE IN VEHICLE THERE LEAD TECH DEEMED UNSAFE. KEVIN treated me with such disrespect and mocking me I am looking into actions that can be taken to assure others are not treated this way. NOT SURE WHERE PROBLEM BEGAN I HAVE SENT OVER MULTIPLE DEALS IN PAST , YR BOUGHT 2 CARS IN 2019 . THE GLI IS IN PROCESS OF BUYBACK FROM VW & 2019 TIGUAN SEL WHICH FIRST DAY OF OWNERSHIP MOTHERS DAY MY WIFE OPENS SUNROOF FOR FIRST TIME TO GET DRENCHED IN WATER AND EVEN FIXING THE SUNROOF TOOK 3 TRIES , THROTTLE BODY ALSO TOOK 4 OR 5 VISITS. This has been most INCOMPETANT shop I have seen including almost a decade in the auto business !! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL MECHANIC. UPDATED ::::: Brought to local mechanic and in 10 minute test drive identified a bogging issue that could be related and will be taking out with them on longer drive today. :::::After longer drive the transmission issue has now been duplicated by 2 other shops. This has taken under an hour by each shop !! More
