My husband and I have been searching for a used Honda Element for quite some time and we found that Clinton Honda had what we were looking for. I spoke with sales consultant, Ken Steel, in reference to the vehicle and he was very informative, honest and friendly. He made sure that we had directions to the dealership since we were traveling from Pennsylvania to look at the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was pulled up front with a full tank of gas and ready to go for our test drive! He made sure that we knew the history of the car and showed us all of the CarFax and service records, which were all performed at the dealership's service center. He made us feel welcome and respected as we were discussing the possible purchase of the vehicle and we never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle throughout our experience. Once we decided this was the Honda Element for us, he introduced us to sales manager, Stephan Romain, who greeted us and also apologized for our bad experience at another dealership. He thanked us for making the drive to his dealership and glad that he could get us into the vehicle we were looking for (so were we!). We also worked with finance manager, Patrick Steadman, who also greeted us with a smile and his friendly disposition and professionalism made us feel comfortable with the daunting paperwork process! He made sure that we understood our options regarding financing and extended warranty packages that would best fit our needs. We felt confident after all the papers were signed and final documents were addressed that we made the right decision coming to Clinton Honda.
