Great Experience I was referred to Clinton Honda to Jim Todd who I started with regards to my trade in. While they determined what they could give me for a trade in V I was referred to Clinton Honda to Jim Todd who I started with regards to my trade in. While they determined what they could give me for a trade in Value I worked with Scott Dysart. Scott was able to answer all questions I had and was a pleasure to work with. You do not get the feeling of a "Typical" salesman. I am pleased with how polite, honest and helpful Scott was. I also kept them later the night before Thanksgiving and they were able to finish up some items on black Friday. not including all charges, obtaining title for CRV When I spoke to Bill Ripka, he gave a price of $26,685 plus taxes. This was discussed in a phone conversation we had to make an appointment for a test When I spoke to Bill Ripka, he gave a price of $26,685 plus taxes. This was discussed in a phone conversation we had to make an appointment for a test drive. I was handed off to Felkis Samiter, who added a documentation fee of $379. When I questioned Felkis, he gave me a long winded explanation that the doc fees are not taxed and not included in the price of the CRV. Felkis did not consult Bill, and insisted that the fees were necessary for Clinton Honda to make a profit on the vehicle. Also, I requested that I be allowed to register the CRV with motor vehicles, but was told that was impossible, that Clinton Honda HAD to register the CRV, and that I had to give my social security number for motor vehicles. As I have a security clearance with the Federal government, I have to assume that Clinton Honda has robust security measures in place to protect their customer database and that all who has access to their database have been properly screened. I must admit that everyone in the dealership was friendly and courteous, but because of the reasons above, Clinton Honda is the same as all the rest and does not warrant any special recommendation from me.
