Purchased CR-V with good though not great experience Plus: Joe in internet sales- Quick responses, high engagement level, personable Plus: Final deal was good, not great - Fair Plus: Strong positive Plus: Joe in internet sales- Quick responses, high engagement level, personable Plus: Final deal was good, not great - Fair Plus: Strong positive history with service team gives confidence if ever comes a problem Minus: Initial e-quote did not include specifically requested options (found out upon arrival) Minus: The after market options push from John in finance was a bit much - he had trouble accepting "no" for an answer, which I expect from sales but the continued push from the finance guy while waiting to hear my interest rate options was pretty annoying. Minus: Took 13 days to get Remote Starter installed, numerous calls and emails back and fourth with dealership and installers and then a last second reschedule was needed when the installer cancelled in the morning due to "rain" - messing up my day which was rescheduled to meet this install appointment. This could have been handled better. I'll certainly consider buying Honda again from Joe and the Clinton team, though next time I'll skip John in the finance department or give Judy and Ajay a chance. More

Their service / sales teams are excellent and we have had nothing but excellent experiences. We just went in this past Saturday to lease a new Accord. We were greeted at the front door by the manager, John and he introduced us to a great salesman, Bob W. The process couldn't have been easier from start to finish. Quick test drive, discussed some numbers, agreed upon a lease term and we were all set. Bob called our Allstate rep. to get the car added to our policy. Then Judy helped us with the financing side of things and then we left with our new car. All in all, another great experience at Clinton Honda and we'd be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone. More
