As the dealership was closing (nearly 8pm) Joe insisted on driving me home. This was extremely kind and unnecessary as I had essentially already agreed to the deal and it would have been difficult to get a ride at that time. The following day Joe helped me organize the paperwork with my insurance agent and finalize the deal. I am very happy with the car and even happier with the wonderful customer service.
