We agreed on the price for the new car without difficulty. It was what I was willing to pay and the profit the dealership made was fair and reasonable. I had a vehicle to trade-in. What a trade-in is actually worth is always difficult for me to figure out. I have to rely on what KBB and Edmunds say the vehicle is worth. The dealership initially offered me less than what KBB said the trade-in was worth, but after a bit of negotiating which wasn't contentious at all, I was offered (and agreed to accept) an offer $500 more than what KBB said. Car buying can often be an unpleasant experience, but with Bill it was exactly the opposite. He is friendly, professional, and doesn't pressure you. I would definitely ask to work with Bill the next time I need a new car. More

Fair deal with great service I went in to check out a 2012 Certified Honda Pilot which had a rough detail job. When I pointed it out to Joe he got on it right away even before I made a deal with him. The price was pretty firm I only got the $250 internet discount I printed out and brought to the dealer. The detail job had been redone that day and the car was shining like new the next day as promised. Joe was very helpful and made sure he pointed everything out. Gave me a tour of the whole place and explained everything to me. Ajay was very patient with me, that finance deal was trickier than what I thought it would be. He gave me a lot of information and choices to choose from and I felt a little overwhelmed. He gave me time to take it all in and had good points to make. Certainly great "sales" people here at Clinton Honda. They are not messing around, they mean business. Wish I would of gotten a couple bucks knocked off the price it would of felt like I won something. More

We then purchased our first Hinda Pilot through Bill and were very impressed with Bill's professionalism, knowledge of product, friendliness and follow through. We just completed the purchase of a 2016 Honda Pilot through Bill, and as impressive as Bill was in 2007 when we purchased our first Hinda Pilot, he is even better now. We have before and will continue to refer friends to Bill and to Clinton Honda. More

When it came time to negotiate, she gave reasons why the vehicle was listed at a certain price. She remembered my preferences and tailored her search to them.
