We went today to trade our leased 2018 Accord in early for a 2021 Pilot XL. Joe Vizzi (who has worked with us on our prior leases) once again worked his magic today and we drove away an hour and half late for a 2021 Pilot XL. All went well from scheduling to drop-off to pick up. One minor glitch though. I requested that pressure in the spare tire in the trunk be checked and inflated if found to be underinflated; I requested One minor glitch though. When I picked the car up, I asked the Service Advisor if this had been done; was not noted or recorded on the final invoice; the Service Advisor was unsure, so he checked and found that pressure in the spare had not been checked; in fact it was underinflated (30psi vs. required 60psi); the Service Advisor removed the tire, inflated it to 60psi and replaced it in the trunk. Resulted in a few minutes delay at pickup, but all else was fine. More
