I recently traveled to Tennessee to visit family over Memorial Day weekend. On the way there, on Friday night, I had a dash light come on indicating a problem with the power steering. On Saturday I call Memorial Day weekend. On the way there, on Friday night, I had a dash light come on indicating a problem with the power steering. On Saturday I called Larry Hill Ford to see if they could look at it for me. This was a warranty repair, but I had not purchased the car from this dealer. I took my car on Saturday and was later informed that my car was not safe to drive. Sheila made arrangements to get me a rental car in order to get home. I didn't need the rental until Monday and planned to get it then. Sheila offered to give me her personal cell phone, on a holiday, in case I ran into any issues with the rental. I didn't have any problems. I left my car there for a week. During the next six days, Sheila called me 4 times to update me on my car, as has followed up with me since then. Although I am still disappointed to have these problems with a 2012 car, I cannot say enough good things about Sheila, David Babbitt and the service team, all of whom, at some point in the process went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and to make sure I was taken care of in terms of replacement transportation. I will add, too, that there were issues with the billing from the rental car company because they could not bill the airport taxes to the dealer (for re-imbursement from Ford). I paid the tax; it was nominal. But Sheila made sure I was re-imbursed for even the airport taxes on the rental. I'm fairly certain that required extra effort on her part and it mean a lot to me. My family in this area has purchased 3 new vehicles in this area and told me from the beginning that I would be treated honestly, fairly and in a very professional way. That turned out to be exactly true. I will seriously consider traveling out of state to purchase my next vehicle here. More
I was with my daughter when she purchased a 2012 Ford Focus with Wes Miller. We were both impressed with him. When I was ready to purchase a vehicle, there was no question where I was going to buy. I called Larry Hill on a Saturday morning for Wes and was told he was busy with a customer. When I arrived Wes was still busy and was given another saleperson. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Escape after test driving 3 different style vehicles. After not being fully satisfied, I returned my Escape (4 cyclinder) and I had spoken to Wes regarding this matter. He did everything possible to make me happy. After several trips and conversations with Wes and Victor, they found the situation. I am now a extremely happy owner of a 2012 Ford Escape (6 cyclinder). These guys will go to extra lengths to make their customers happy. I will gladly recommend Larry Hill Ford to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. More
We had been talking about getting a pick up truck to pull a camper and had been in Cleveland to visit a friend in the hospital. On the way back to Chattanooga, I remembered talking to a man that had bought a camper and had been in Cleveland to visit a friend in the hospital. On the way back to Chattanooga, I remembered talking to a man that had bought a truck at Larry Hill Ford. He was as well from Chattanooga and could not deal with the dealers there. So i asked my wife if we could stop at Larry Hill's and just look. She said sure. We pulled in the lot and soon after met Steve. After a few minutes, he offered us the opportunity to drive a 2011 platinum crew cab 4x4. when my wife saw all the features, she fell in love with it. we had no intention on trading but fell in love with the truck. We went in the building and were introduced to several staff members that were very friendly. Very very easy to talk to and very welcoming. My wife usually at this time of dealing gets upset and nervous. But your staff made her more comfortable in trading her car and buying a luxury truck. In matter of time the deal made the truck cleaned and the we headed home. We were given a very good walk through with our new truck. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the truck and very helpful. I have been buying and trading cars since 1965, and I must say, this was the most pleasant experience i have had. We will definatly be back and tell all our friends and acquaintance about the service here. The only thing we regret is that we did not meet Mr Hill. we have only had the truck two days and Steve has already made a follow up with us. More

This is the 3rd vehicle in a row that I have bought from Larry Hill Ford. Each time has been an excellent experience. This experience was far above any other. With the deal I received on the new truck an Larry Hill Ford. Each time has been an excellent experience. This experience was far above any other. With the deal I received on the new truck and the price given for my trade in also the rebates that the sales and finance associates found available to me really got me the best deal. I really had no expectations of even being able to afford a new vehicle but they made it happen and I love my new truck! I believe Larry Hill Fird truly is the only dealer my family will ever need and I recommend my friends and family chose the same! Thanks Larry Hill Ford for such an awesome experience. More
Self explanatory. Liked the pricing. Staff was nice, not overbearing and helpful. Eager to follow up on things that needed to be added to the vehicle. I chose Larry Hill Ford because my grandma and I had visited once to look around and we were treated very well. In addition, I wanted to purchase an American made car, and Ford was at the top of my list visited once to look around and we were treated very well. In addition, I wanted to purchase an American made car, and Ford was at the top of my list. However, the Edge was quite a bit more expensive than the Rogue I ended up with. I felt that the staff, especially Jonathan Sparks, Rob, and Mr. Yancey were friendly and for the most part lived up to my expectations. Jonathan was very patient and had a good presence about him. However, the process to purchase a car is excrutiatingly long and I felt that it could have been done a little faster with another person working Rob's position. I didn't appreciate the fact that we weren't told exactly how much the payments were going to be until the final paper was about to be signed 5 hours after the fact. I also felt like I was being gyped a little by not getting a full tank of gas after purchasing a 20,000 dollar vehicle. I also felt like they could have worked a little harder in order to get me a spare key whether that was speaking with Nissan or paying for it out of pocket. I suppose I could have been a little more demanding but I felt like it should have been their priority to see to it that I got everything I needed/wanted. More
