Cleveland Ford has been in business since November of 2003 with one goal. Sell and service vehicles to and for satisfied customers. That’s it! The dealership has more than quadrupled sales from the previous owner. Cleveland Ford credits this tremendous increase in business to offering the best experience possible. Simply stated “We do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers” says General Sales Manager Victor Yoshida. Cleveland Ford furnished all local High Schools with driver education vehicles, as well as providing the city’s annual Fourth of July fireworks. The dealership works with many local charities and nonprofits such as MDA, Boys and Girls clubs, Cub Scouts, The Jordon Thomas Foundation, C.A.T.C.H. Ministries, Mulligan Ministries, Shop with a Cop. Cleveland Ford also sponsors all local High School Football games and sponsors Missions work for many of the local Churches. Cleveland Ford is one of the Atlanta Region top performing Ford dealers.

If I could take back part of my first review and its ratings, I would. It looks like the Mr. Nice Guy treatment we first received was just a front. We're still having the leaking problem with our car - even after an unsuccessful second visit. I'm quickly starting to believe that I'm screwed. And I am now the sad owner of an expensive paperweight that I can't trust to stay dry inside the cab! If I were to give a rating today, it would be at or below fair...
