Ryan spent all afternoon and evening with me making sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed. I wasn't dressed my best because I had been at work just before my visit to this dealership but did not all of my needs and concerns were addressed. He spent hours with me while I looked at, and drove, several different vehicles. I felt that he was very professional in the way he handled the entire sale. There was no pressure other than I felt like I had almost put him through it all by the time I left with my purchase. We were quickly greeted by Dean Helsdon about an hour before quitting time, but he made it very clear to us that he was there to help us chose the right car for us. We were there looking at the Impala's before quitting time, but he made it very clear to us that he was there to help us chose the right car for us. We were there looking at the Impala's that were available and there were several to choose from. We just couldn't quickly decided which we liked best and had a hard time deciding which one to test drive. We finally picked one to test drive. Dean answered all our questions as we drove the car. When we got back to the lot we looked at the Impalas again, still a little indecisive. Despite our indecisiveness, Dean made it clear to us that he was not feeling impatient or pushing us to a decision. He not only told us, but his body language told us that he was there for us in whatever we were needing. He was not being the typical, pushy salesman doing the normal sales pitch which was GREAT because if he had of been he would have lost my sell. He seemed like a genuine guy who wanted us to find what we needed for our family. All of this despite the air conditioning being broken in the building making for a miserable time inside. Because of the hot temps inside, and it being past closing time, we asked to come back the next day, which also gave Mike Bartlett time to find out what deal he could get for us. Mike was WONDERFUL in getting us the best loan and deal he could. We left the next day with our new (to us) car, feeling that Mike went above and beyond what he had to do to find us the loan that fit our comfort zone both in monthly payments and interest rates. Because of the excellent service we received from both Dean Helsdon and Mike Bartlett, we plan to be customers for life. We have already been recommending Larry Hill Ford to our friends and co workers, and will be back when we need another vehicle, as well as for maintenance on the Impala we just bought. You have two great employees, and we love our new (to us) car! Thanks! More
I went to the dealership with a very detailed description of the car I wanted. It took them 9 weeks and several auctions to find my car. Why buy anywhere else? The warranty bumper to bumper 90 days or 3,000 miles. With only 4 miles left on warranty, our throttle body went out aws well as a plug and coil on our used E150 we had purchased nea days or 3,000 miles. With only 4 miles left on warranty, our throttle body went out aws well as a plug and coil on our used E150 we had purchased nearly 3 months prior. They towed it from 50 miles away, and repaired it costing us only the small deductible! For a $573 bill, we paid $58! All I can say is WOW! Larry Hill Ford ROCKS!!! Very happy we drove that far to purchase our car. We spotted it on the Internet and drove down to look at it and fell in love. More
