Mike has assured me that whatever issues I had after purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Understandably, not all proble purchasing my car would be taken care of. I was told that my car would be fix which is what I've wanted all along. Although, a major problem was taken care of on the first trip; it took a third visit to the service department for the other problems to be found and fixed. My wife and I have just retired and wanted to drop quantity of vehicles that we own from three to two (all Fords). We were unable to reach a price on selling our Taurus, but Matt was quick to recomme quantity of vehicles that we own from three to two (all Fords). we went to the dealership originally to purchase a used vehich a few months ago. we looked at a truck at that time but was uncertain as to whether we should buy or not.
