Sheila was GREAT! I was visiting from out of town, my car broke down and I had it towed to Larry Hill because I had the extended warranty. I called and spoke with Sheila. She called me to let me know what the problem was and when she thought my car would be fixed. She called me back when my car was fixed and let me know I could come get it. When I walked in she acted as if we were long time friends. I can't fully express how much I appreciated her. I was stressed because I had to be back to Atlanta on Tuesday. Getting my car fixed was one less thing I had to worry about, Sheila took care of everything. You have an incredible employee in Sheila, I hope her management realizes what a gem they have in her. Everyone I came into contact with here was awesome! David was my salesman and he listened to what I wanted and showed me cars that were realistic, even though I have champagne taste with a beer budget. He was super friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. The first car he picked was the only one I drove and I loved it. He was very down to earth and real, which counts for a lot with me. And, it's my understanding that I was Dave's first! Lol! Next, I got to deal with "The Scary Man" also known as the guy with the cutest kid and better known as Majdi. Lol! Honestly, he was a bit intimidating at first...when he didn't smile initially, I though uh oh! But it didn't take long at all to find out that he was a really cool guy. He continued the trend of being completely awesome and helpful. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Larry Hill Imports. I've already recommended you guys to pretty much everyone I know and decided that I won't be going anywhere else to buy a car. My mother and I went there to look at a trucks. It was raining heavily and it was nonstop, however the sales team was still willing to help us. My husband and I originally started out looking and not buying. We had visited a few dealerships to try and narrow down our search of cars. We went to Larry Hill Ford (all the way from Trenton, Ga) because buying. We had visited a few dealerships to try and narrow down our search of cars. We went to Larry Hill Ford (all the way from Trenton, Ga) because radio ads said there were "no pushy sales people." The advertisement was right. We saw a 2011 Ford Edge we wanted to look at and soon after we got there, Steve came to talk to us. He was polite, introduced himself and asked if we wanted to drive it. We did. He had great knowledge of the car and answered all of our questions. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours total. In that time, we had so many questions, all of which Steve answered. He never once pushed or got irritated that we had so many questions. He understood where we wanted our payments to be and he helped us get there. He was with us every step of the way. Then we get to Mike Bartlett. Our excellent car buying experience continues. He too answered all our questions without irritation and was friendly and polite. He answered all our questions about our financing and the warranty we received. We feel everything was explained thoroughly and we feel better knowing not matter what happens to our new car, that we can call our guys at Larry Hill and they will help without thinking twice. Mike, along with Steve, helped us get in the car we love and one we can afford. More
