I was a 15 year customer who will now find someone else to work on my vehicles. My last service call was handled so poorly. All they had to do was be upfront and honest about what was being done with my to work on my vehicles. My last service call was handled so poorly. If you can't timely perform the necessary services don't take the vehicle. More
