Service staff were professional, personable, and helpful. When I arrived - at my appointment time, with no other customers or vehicles in the service bay, at least three of the service staff noticed me, but When I arrived - at my appointment time, with no other customers or vehicles in the service bay, at least three of the service staff noticed me, but none of them acknowledged that I was there or indicated that someone would be out soon to see what I needed. That was a bit frustrating. After a few minutes, a woman (who did not introduce herself) came out and asked if I was there for an appointment. She then asked someone else (who also did not introduce herself) to take care of me. She did, and was very helpful. A different staff member came to the waiting area to let me know my car was ready and promptly took to check-out. More

I’ve always had good luck here but last Thursday afternoon was a different story. I can in around 1pm for a simple oil change because I was over due and only had that afternoon to get it done. 2 hou afternoon was a different story.
