I have been shopping for about a year for a Ford Raptor. In this time i have talked to dealers in many states to find a truck. The Raptor is in high demand and low quantities are produced. Due to the precise and friendly communications skills of Bruce Lallier I was able to work out a trade-in and buy my truck on the PHONE!! Amazing! I live in another state and 210 miles from the dealership. When I arrived at the dealer I was met by Audrey Roundtree, a friendly and knowledgeable sales rep. Audrey did a great job explaining what makes the Raptor special and explaining the technology. I have never owned a vehicle this advanced! Then i went to meet the business office to finalize the deal. I had a great experience with Burl Thomas who was friendly and took care of the paperwork quickly and precisely. I had never bought a vehicle in another state and it seemed confusing at first but was all clearly explained. All in all every i met and talked to at Don Davis Ford did an excellent Job!! Thanks!! My wife and I went in just looking at possibilities and could not resist the awesome price of my new F-150 Super Crew Texas Edition in the Golden Bronze Metallic! Anyways, we went to his office and talked about my trade in and only sent it back once, they brought it back and from there we moved on to finance! I must say this is the best buying experience I have had and I have purchased 4 cars so far in my short 23 years of living. Two for me and two for my wife. I will be returning to Don Davis Ford in the future when my wife gives the ok on a new GT500! Burl in financing is really nice and a genuinely over all great guy! Its funny because I do not know anyone that leaves a dealership finance office not only shaking hands with the finance guy but hugging and giving blessings to one another as we parted ways! Bobbie Jones "EXCELLENT" The "BEST" salesman I have ever dealt with and I have purchased about 10 new vehicles in my life time! From the start, he was Very Very kind, patient and NEVER pushy, like MOST salesman are! He worked her his butt off to give me the deal I was looking for. (He is probably gonna retire after dealing with me, I was 1 tough woman/customer!!) We had a little bit of an issue in Finace with what intrest rate we were told and we were ready to leave, but.... Tim came and talked with us and made things right and was also VERY pleasant to deal with, so we purchased my new truck and could not be happier! Now, key thing, when needed, let's see how your service department treats me. That is VERY important to me, to see the great customer service continue. I LOVED both Troy Aikman and Prestige service department. Let's see if you guys hold up to them. I will let you know when the time comes I use yours. Hopefully, that will not be any time soon. Intiially I went to compare the Chevy Cruz with the Ford Fusion. When I drove into the dealershp, I noticed the amazing MPG on the stickers of the Lincoln MKZ Hybrids. After test driving the Fusion, I wanted to look at the Loncoln just for fun. I have always wanted an Lincoln. I was very impressed with the Hybrid and asked if it was available in the Fusion. It does, and after loading up the Ford fusion with the Hybrid and most of the features of the Lincoln, the difference was only $2000-$3000 different. I decided to go with the Lincoln. While the Lincoln MKZ Hybrids on the lot were beautiful, the on on the showroon floor was amazing. It had all the bells and whistles. The buying process was very layed back, no pressure and yet never had to hunt anyone down to answer questions. I wasn't in a big hurry to buy and returned to test drive the showroom car the next day. It really met my expectations and I decided then that that was what i was going to buy. The next morning I called and said I'd be in to buy the car. The whole team came together and made the process pretty painless. So happy with my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. Every day is like a treasure hunt as I discover all the things this car can do. Like most people, I hate to car shop but this really was the best car buying experience I have had. More
