I'm really not sure that I received the best price in the country (lol...thank you Bruce!...just teasing!) but without a doubt I received the absolute best service in the country. Irvin was the 1st person I country (lol...thank you Bruce!...just teasing!) but without a doubt I received the absolute best service in the country. Irvin was the 1st person I met. He was very informative on all the cars I looked at. While I was looking at the cars Irvin had my car sent to be appraised. Irvin was very informative on all of the cars I was looking at as well as very patient with me. Once that I had my head set on which car I was interested in Irvin along with Bruce made sure I had a price I could live with. Once I agreed on a price and decided to purchase my new Lincoln MKX, Irvin made sure that I met the gentleman in finance. For the life of me, I cannot remember his name but, he was so nice and such a gentleman. After signing the final paperwork Irvin then took me to the service department. That is when I met Angela. Angela was very sweet and receptive. The next working day my car was having a few problems so I took my car back to the service department where I then met Terry. Knowing I had to go to work, Terry made sure I was in a loaner car. After all was said and done most of the problems were due to user error. Thank you to Terry for your help!
