Test drove a new MKZ, plus the hybrid model. Salesman, David Garlitz, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting. Liked the MKZ hybrid even more than the standard car, and had not previously consid David Garlitz, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting. Service representative was fantastic. Helped us find what we needed at a price we could afford. We left feeling like we had gotten an incredible deal and actually returned less than a week later to tra what we needed at a price we could afford. We bought a used car and whoever detailed the car did an awful job. There was stuff caked in virtually all of the cup holders in the entire car. The windows were dirty on the inside and there were some stains in the seats that easily came up once we got the vehicle home. I would not have even considered it detailed at all just a quick general cleaning but the dealership paid them $120 to do it. More
