I have been somewhat pleased with the service I received from Don Davis DCJ. It took three tries for them to finally repair (as of today) my Jeep GC. The following week I had to bring it back because the service engine soon light came back on with the same code. Mary was able to get me a loaner and two days later they supposedly resolved the issue at no cost to me but gas in the loaner. The service engine soon light came back on the next week and I brought it back and yes, same code. Again, Mary secured me a loaner but I would have to pay if it was a different issue. by this time I am desperate and could not be without a vehicle. Another one day stay and $229 more and I am praying this was "the" fix. Mary worked it so I did not have to pay for the loaner. We shall see! More

Very disappointed in this dealership I’ve used for 25 years by so many vehicles here. Finance has dinged my credit six times just for one vehicle. No callbacks no respect of your time. Took a manager to get Ramsey to call me for customer service mgr had to get him on the phone, then he didn’t know when he could call me back because he didn’t know how the customer level would be. This is been the most unprofessional chaos of a sale I’ve ever dealt with in my life. More
