It's easy for us to say that our Honda dealership near Kissimmee, FL, isn't like the rest. After all, Classic Honda has been reinventing the dealership experience for decades, thanks to our founder, William E. "Bill" Holler. Since we first opened our doors, we've based our business around his principles, building lasting customer relationships first and sales quotas second. Classic Honda is a part of the successful Holler-Classic Automotive Group, which has been serving the Orlando community with quality auto service and streamlined vehicle sales for 80 years! Our group motto is "Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!" That credo came straight from the lips of Bill Holler himself, first of the Holler clan to enter the automotive industry. Bill was a motivational speaker ahead of his time, referred to by Automotive News as an evangelist, table-pounder and spellbinder. But it was his deep understanding of customer wants and needs that guided him to success as General Sales Manager of Chevrolet and Vice President of General Motors, and it was his energetic demeanor and keen business savvy that enabled him to create innovative programs designed to motivate dealerships to break sales records. He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school.

Over priced To install belt moldings (weather strips) on my 2008 civic coupe my quote was $270.00. I did it myself in Ten Minutes with a Philips screwdriver. Total Team Effort-Family Style I must say I am a former retired automotive dealer and know a lot about the business. I was handled like a true VIP customer from the beginning. I was able to come in and meet with Olga Ishchenko and the manager Kyle Roberts we discussed briefly what I was looking to do and within minutes using their haggle free pricing I was given a payment to the dollar and it was a fair number with no games. I then within moments met with Sonia in the Finance Department and she was wonderful, polite, knowledgeable with no high pressure sales tactics. In all told I was in and out of the dealership in no time and driving away in my new 2018 Honda CR-V. More

Going above and beyond Richard went above and beyond for me when I came in on August 13th 2018 to have my rear break change and my key fab battery change. They did a full diagnostic in my 2016 accord to make sure that it was running a motherly. I had left facility to go take care of some errands and my phone had died at the time. Richard took his time to call me multiple time and left a voicemail message Plus text me which was great to make sure that he reach me so he can talk to me and give me the best recommendation for my vehicle. Shameful service. Shameful experience. I had a factory battery replaced in Oct of '16 while the car was still under warranty. It was a 500CCA or 3yr battery. That batte Shameful experience. That battery died 8/5 on the other side of the Osceola County on a Sunday pretty far from a Honda dealership, ON A SUNDAY. I Ubered to a WalMart after trying to jump it for 30mins with dead battery in hand. Get it changed go and on the road. Today I call this place to verify that it was still under warranty whether by an inch or a mile. The lady on the phone said yes after looking me up and said they would prorate the difference. I arrive at the service department and Mr. Dowe informed me that not only was it not available for warranty as it was a warranty replacement but would not be prorated either. Good Job on customer service. I may only live a couple of miles away but please remember I get to choose where I spend my money and suggest to each and every one of my neighbors in College Park to choose another place. More
