He even established the General Motors Dealers' Son School to guide the children of dealership staff as they prepare to inherit the family business. Bill's son, grandson and great-grandchildren all went on to graduate from this very school. Thank you Ryan for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We take pride in our service staff, and we do stand behind the work done by our department. When you brought your vehicle to us in the past, certain parts were covered under warranty, and we took care of them at no cost. We replaced what needed to be replaced at the time. When we received your call, we explained that the warranty that would cover the second repair is expired. As you stated, the warranty was valid for 12 months/12,000 miles. We would like to make things right and clear up any questions you may still have. When you have a chance, call our general manager Roger Deally at 407-291-6090 ext. 5055.

As I stated on the phone, I understand the Honda warranty on the parts. But the reason I just had to pay to replace it again is because of the poor workmanship of your service department. A bolt was reattached and cross threaded and the return hose to the power steering pump had a leak all along which caused the damage to the pump in the first place and since you never caught the issue or replaced it—it damaged the second pump. I was clear on the phone with Dervin that our phone call was the time to make it right and clear things up. I will not accept that now when you’re clear intention is to repair your reputation and try and remove my review. My review stands. AVOID classic Honda.
