I didn't feel as though I was pressured to go outside my budget (despite how unrealistic it was for the type of vehicle lol). They stayed late and did not complain or show signs of frustration. Best Service Ever! I had been searching for a used Audi Q5 that was priced within my budget. After having a horrible experience with another local Audi dealership, I we I had been searching for a used Audi Q5 that was priced within my budget. After having a horrible experience with another local Audi dealership, I went online and found That Tysinger Audi had the car I wanted. Once I inquired online, I was called within less than 30 minutes time to have a salesman introduce himself and let me know he was there to assist me. We set up a time to meet the following day and I was assured my drive over to their dealership would not me a waste. After getting off the phone with that salesman, the business manager also called to say he looked forward to meeting me, too. Their presentation and follow up is top notch! When I showed up for my appointment, I was treated so well by everyone I came in contact with. Ernie Hensel and Mike Madric made me feel like I had a million dollars to spend when in reality it was their skill and relationships with local banking institutions that made this purchase a reality for me. After my initial experience with an Audi dealership, I was nervous and hesitant as to what I would go through once I arrived at Tysinger. These guys made me feel comfortable and valued. Perfect I am never less than completely satisfied whenever I take one of our vehicles to Tysinger for service. I had an appointment for an oil change and sus I am never less than completely satisfied whenever I take one of our vehicles to Tysinger for service. I had an appointment for an oil change and suspected it was time for new brakes on our 2010 Sonata. I was in a rush when I dropped it off and Chris Reynolds understood I was pressed for time. A little over an hour later he was calling me to let me know the exact condition of the front brakes, indicating they would pass inspection but were probably only safe for another 6 months. I gave him the go ahead for the brakes and the car was ready a couple hours later. The cashier was friendly, the employee who brought the car to me out front was courteous, and I was on my way in 5 minutes. They make you feel like family, and they also make you feel like their most important customer - every time. More
