I was told my oil change would take “about an hour” at 12 however Michael didn’t call me until 4:45pm knowing they closed by 6. I was not prepared to get there in time. I texted michael to confirm the closing time and no response. I finally was able to get my husband to take me and my baby after he was off work and the service center was closed. I was severely inconvenienced. My daughters stroller and car seat were in my car. The next day I went up to the dealership they couldn’t find my car and michael didn’t even know who I was. Bought my Jeep when the dealership was Holt and really wasn’t satisfied with the service department. Now that it Classic the service department is really reliable, thorough, friendly and professional. I h wasn’t satisfied with the service department. My experience with your technician Junior (Juan Garces) was just OK. I truly appreciate the ability to communicate via text, but his messages to me were exclusively reactive, i.e., no proactive updates, no was just OK. Absolutely no problem with the actual service of the vehicle -- great job there. Other comments: -- The reservation for service is meaningless. You know it, I know it, we all know it. I think you'd be better off doing away with the reservation system and just telling me to add two days to the day I brought in my vehicle, and that's when you'll first take a look at it. Honesty is better than bogus exaggeration, e.g., "We're backed up today... bring it in Monday. You won't lose your place in the queue, and I've logged all your details in the system." Yeah, right. -- Morale seems to be low. It's been a long time since I brought my vehicle into Classic Chrysler and not felt like a burden to the service advisory team. I've learned to no longer expect a smile and a warm greeting... nowadays I'm just looking for eye contact, and for someone to talk to me without multitasking on the computer. More
