People like these 2 are what make a dealership worth my while to drive 19 miles one way to get just a simple oil change. Professional, curious, friendly, trusting with my vehicles! I followed Chris from a previous dealer I would never have used if it weren't for Chris Pierson. I see how Chris works with me being truthful, honest and professional, but also see he is this way with others. A disgruntled new customer who must have just bought her Jeep a few days prior was handled by Chris as I was waiting on my oil change, she was quite upset and by the end of that conversation she was smiling. I see just like why I would follow Chris, there is a reason people ask for him when they come in for service. As for Alex, who is a young man working as a porter, he actually takes pride in what he does. I see he directs some of the others and wants to make sure things are correct in regards to making the dealership look professional and in order. I was waiting outside and as he had walked past, I asked him if he enjoys his job and he stated, yes, he really does. His passion is cars and he said you need to work hard to move up in this world and have pride. He does show these traits. I wish him well as he will go far in life. Plenty of people will point out the negatives and not the positives, well, these two employees deserve some recognition as they are the examples of dedicated employees! More

Had my 2018 Durango in shop since Christmas> Was asked to pick it up because I got angry due to them not being able to diagnose why the check engine light was on. They drove it 90 plus miles to get it to to pick it up because I got angry due to them not being able to diagnose why the check engine light was on. They drove it 90 plus miles to get it to to replicate what truck was doing. it did it 3 times and could not find the problem. I will Never use them again. The service writer Latham did all that he could but the service manager and the mechanic working on it for 3 weeks could not fix it. Unbelievable!!!! So frustrated with their inability to find the problem and fix it!!! Also no loaner car! More
