I am a repeat customer and will be again!!! In April of 2014 I traded in my 2007 BMW X3 for a bigger SUV. They were great with the trade in and it's value. I got my 2010 Ford Explorer for a very great price. The previous owner had just traded in with some minor cosmetic flaws & damages. I discussed it with the sales manager that I wanted it all fixed. It was fixed, the vehicle was completely repainted, and the rims refinished to remove scratches. I basically have from looks alone a brand new SUV. The owner and his son are joy to work with and they care about their customers' experience and they strive make you a repeat customer rather than a one time sale. When it's time for the next vehicle it will be with them!!! More

Not happy with the customer service. Not very happy with this dealership. My husband and I went in yesterday and bought a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. We did go in with the understanding that there would be dents and scratches here and there. It is a used truck. When we inspected the truck we found a fog light was out and the middle console was broken. When it is in the upright position it will not close it swings open. When we asked our sales rep David Wallace if they would replace both he said his manager (Donnie Macaluso) would not have them replaced. I asked well how about they just take it off the bottom line.. far enough right.. well he said no. When we asked David if we could speak to Donnie ourselves he said there was nothing he would do. I purchased a 2007 BMW X3 with Mr. Bentley's dealership and could not be more satisfied. In all my previous adventures in car buying I have never been treated so well and honestly as with Mr. Bentley. He h and could not be more satisfied. He holds his employees to the highest standards and more than makes up for any short comming they may make. I had never dealt with a car dealer that in some way didn't leave me feeling dirty or violated, but with Classic Auto Group Galveston it was completely different. Mr. Bentley is a joy to buy a vehicle with! I will refer people in the future to him and will return to him as a customer!
