Buying my DREAM Truck--Toyota I had been contemplating buying my first truck for some time and finally all the right doors opened and it was time to buy and "gift" myself the Dream I had been contemplating buying my first truck for some time and finally all the right doors opened and it was time to buy and "gift" myself the Dream Truck for my 66th upcoming birthday. I chose Classic Auto Group because I have heard nothing but rave reviews about them and my son had purchased a Camero 2 years ago from them and their service team has been fantastic. I went in and was given Matt Hill as my sales representative.He was extremely helpful and thorough in all areas that I had questions about and very low pressure and patient which I appreciated. He showed me 3-4 different models as I told him my preferences. He spent well over 3 hours educating me and letting me drive the different models and explaining the pros and cons of each. In the end when I finally picked out this Barcelona Red Toyota Tacoma 2019, Matt told me to call him anytime I want it washed and he will gladly do that for me! I picked it up 4 days later and they gave me the best financing that I could find anywhere as well. It was a GREAT experience and would recommend Classic and MATT HILL to ALL!--In addition, when I picked up the truck after it had been detailed and the gas tank was full (on them), they introduced me to all the Toyota peeps I would communicate with in the future i.e.Toyota manager and Toyota service director and gave me business cards. I was one inch close to finalizing a deal at the first one when financing fell through because the dealer made a clerical error in recording the mileage. I ended up purchasing a vehicle through another dealer just before Christmas, but decided to return it on Christmas Eve because it was not quite right for me. Both times I felt like I was there for what seemed like an eternity just waiting and waiting. And regretfully, the time I spent waiting at both places ended up being a big waste of my time. I was prepared to do more waiting before I got to Classic, but much to my surprise, I didn’t have to wait long at all! My salesman, Chris, was so quick and sweet, he made it easy for me, AND he got me a lower interest rate, too! Car buying never felt better! More
