Purchasing our new Honda Pilot from Melissa was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Super easy, no upselling, no unwanted dealer add ons and lots of help getting the vehicle’s technology synche car buying experience we have ever had. Super easy, no upselling, no unwanted dealer add ons and lots of help getting the vehicle’s technology synched. I appreciate the dealership’s honesty and not charging over sticker. On the way to get our new vehicle, we passed another dealer and, out of curiosity, called to ask if they had a Pilot available. They did have one — the exact same model. However, they were charging $6000 more. Melissa and the team were great to work with. In the coming months, we will return to buy a Ridgeline from her. Thank you! More

I was very happy this dealership did not charge more than MSRP, and didn't include additional charges. The staff was very friendly and real. The sales consultant, Melissa, was genuinely interested in meeting MSRP, and didn't include additional charges. The staff was very friendly and real. The sales manager, Mike, was very attentive to me while Melissa was finishing up with another customer and was helpful throughout the process. The only pressure I felt was from the finance guy who pushed the extended warranty. More
