I was shopping for the BRZ tS and the dealer h I will share my honest review! My first experience (in early 2018) with the dealer was not that great! I was shopping for the BRZ tS and the dealer had one in the showroom. I do NOT remember the rep but he did not care that much. Maybe because I said I will not buy the car the same day :) So I checked the car on my own took some pictures and left the dealer with a bad experience. 9-10 months later I had my second experience was when I asked for a quote regarding the car I was looking for. They did not seem to be very interested. Meanwhile, I contacted all MA dealers and visited most of them for test drives quotes, etc. Finally, I got a deal online and directly went to CitySide and to my luck ERIC did take care with this customer. He is a great product specialist. He answered everything I asked, and I received perfect service. Of course, he wants to sell a car, but the way he is doing his job is definitely great! A different level. Since I did my homework, and since he recognized them I am a serious buyer it did not take too long to come to a deal. We got the deal with some accessories that were installed by CitySide and everything was arranged by Eric. He addressed all my concerns and I received my car with all accessories installed. Eric was involved in every step and he did his best to finish all paperwork as fast as possible. I received my car earlier than expected. The only confusion that I had was about the mirror that I ordered. I selected the Homelink mirror as an accessory and paid extra for it. Since I bought the accessory with the car together its normal to have it installed before getting the car. I received it installed but did not receive my original mirror. If I buy an accessory I don't have to return what I already have in the car :) Imagine that you but rims and Subaru take the ones on the car back!!! I told that to CitySide Subaru but never heard back again. After we were done with Eric, I went to the Finance Dept to finalize the payment. I told that I will pay 1/3 cash, 1/3 with the credit card and the rest with a loan from Subaru. I was told that there is a limit (5K) for the credit card (my friends used up to 10K with their credit card at another Subaru dealer). After, mentioning this, I was told that they will do an exception! Why exception? its the first time we are doing business! The gentlemen also said, "you will earn credit with your credit card". That's my business, of course, I will use every single benefit I can get. Didn't get the point he made but used my card for the amount I wanted. My next experience was the service for the first maintenance and it was the express service which was great. No appointment, short waiting time and clean service with no problems (except some oil residues on the car. I really care for this small issues. You always want it back as you left it). Overall, the service was a great experience. I just wish the price would be a little better. Next time will ask quotes from dealers and will decide accordingly. My last experience was for the title. Received a call from CitySide and was asked to bring the title that was sent to my address by RMV. They told me that the bank is asking for the title. I contacted the bank (2 different departments) and they told me that I can keep the title. I got confused and went to Cityside to chat about this issue. Finally, I realized that the car was registered as cash paid and therefore RMV sent the title to me (that's was the reason the bank told me I can keep the title). At this point, I did not want to send the title and paid off the loan. This is my experience with CitySide Subaru. I also ordered parts for pick up and am very happy with my purchases. Despite the mirror issue, payment limit, and title problem I highly recommend Cityside Subaru to my friends and colleagues at the Harvard Community. I think CitySide is doing a great job. Finally, thanks again to Eric Bud for his kindness and friendship every time I visit them. More

She helped us evaluate the alternatives, and, unlike many car salespeople I have dealt with in the past, she was never "pushy." We ended up deciding to get a Forester Touring in Sepia with Saddle Tan interior. Crystal Campbell was very diligent in her efforts to locate one for us, but alas, there were none in New England, so she was very helpful ordering one from the factory in Japan, and keeping us updated on the progress. At every juncture, she intervened to expedite the process. She and her team were very cordial and patient during lengthy negotiations of price, and we felt we got a fair deal. When the car was delivered, Crystal was extremely knowledgeable about all the technology items in the Forester, and made herself available to follow-up when we had questions. More
