About 4 years ago I went to City world used car dealer where I bought a Toyota Camry 2001. I was very dissapointed. During the negotiation; the sales person offered 6% finance and told me the car was $6,0 where I bought a Toyota Camry 2001. I was very dissapointed. During the negotiation; the sales person offered 6% finance and told me the car was $6,000.00. While I was signing the contracts the interest was changed to %13 and the the cost of the car inflated to $7,000.00. Last week I saw a great add in the paper at City world Toyota for the 2010 Rav4. I had a 2002 Honda Odyssey minivan I wanted to trade and decided to give City world a chance to prove its improvments. I was surprisingly pleased with their noticably improved Customer service. I left with a great deal as my monthly payment was where I wanted it. The perks they offered are unbeatable (free basic maintenace for 2 years or upgrade + $17 more per month for FULL maintenance for 3years with Gap insurance). Obviously they wanted my business but they were very professional and open - I love upfront honesty and I got that at City World. I am very happy with my new Toyota Rav4 More
