Poor communication ruined the experience Needed two recall items addressed and was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. 3 hours in (and no call), I called the dealership and was told that they we Needed two recall items addressed and was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. 3 hours in (and no call), I called the dealership and was told that they were on the phone with VW warranty and they would call back in 15 minutes. 2 hours later (with no call), I called them and was told it would be ready the next day. The next day, the car was not ready until 3:30 pm and found this out by calling them. Once my wife arrived at the shop and checked in, she waited 30 minutes before someone remembered to bring her our car. Poor communication, poor management of expectations, no accountability. More

Always a Great Experience Took my car in for regular maintenance and take care of a Low Coolant sensor issue. As always the crew in VW service department are always ready to as Took my car in for regular maintenance and take care of a Low Coolant sensor issue. As always the crew in VW service department are always ready to assist. Brandon is who I have worked with in the past and remembers me everytime I come in. Brandon as well helped me out this time. It turned out my car had a other issues that were detected and Brandon was right on it in getting it covered under my warranty. He was successful in getting majority of the repairs covered and kept me posted through the whole time my car was getting repaired since it is a process when the parts have to be covered under the extended warranty. Overall, I couldn't be more happier that my car was repaired and Brandon was so helpful during the whole time. I always appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. I know my car gets taken care of everytime I take it to Autobarn Volks Wagon-Evanston! Thanks again!!!! Shout out to a great crew you have there at Volkwagon!!!! Thanks Brandon! More

We had a terrific experience with Yoram. I was referred through a friend and not disappointed. He was straight to the point and responsive on the phone with pricing and details.
