Disappointed My car was taken to the VW Service Department by the Collision Barn after they had done some glass repair and then my car was not turning on. The Collision Barn did a great job of keeping me informed of what was being done but I am disappointed with the customer service delivered by VW. They had my car for a week and only kept saying that they were still trying to figure out how to communicate with my car. When I would call to ask about the progress I was never given information about what steps they were taking to figure out what was wrong with the car. It seemed like the person who answered me wasn't someone who was directly working with my car and wouldn't ask the technician for any update. At one point when I called them, they told me they were waiting on The Collision Barn to call them back so they could tell them what was done with the car. The Collision Barn was who transferred the car to them and gave them a full report. When I called The Collision Barn right after to let them know about this they were confused because no one had left them a message about this and they had already given VW a report of what they had worked on when they dropped off the car. Once they figured out what was wrong with my car it was fixed in a week's time. It's really upsetting that this was such a poor experience in terms of customer communication. In the past when I have taken my car in for maintenance things have gone fine which is why I will offer two stars but I am disappointed with the lack of communication on their part for this most recent visit. More

Ricky was very quick to help me schedule the best time for me to drive up to have these issues addressed- knowing I live 3 hours away. We were told to meet Alex in the service department. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM. The staff was waiting for me. He was friendly, kindly responded to my questions and the service was quick taking less than an hour just as I had been informed. excellent service My most recent visit to the service center was to have a low tire pressure light investigated. Terrence was very accommodating and immediately offered to look into the problem even though it was almost 5 pm. I had run over a nail and the tire needed to be replaced. His attention to the situation was excellent; he looked up that the tire still had a little warranty on it and was able to order a new tire quickly so I was back in within 48 hrs and could have the tire replaced. On the day of replacement, I again had Terrance help me. He is very positive and a pleasure to work with. More
