I initially loved my experience and very happy with our car. However, after having the car for a few days I noticed things that were not disclosed at the point of sale. Like the driver side visor was broke car. However, after having the car for a few days I noticed things that were not disclosed at the point of sale. Like the driver side visor was broken, the driver side back window was scratched and the screen in the car was delaminated. When I asked my sales person Raul about the delamination he said it was an only a screen protector and that we could replace it. They fixed the visor and window however said I would have have to come out of pocket over $1000 to replace the screen because it was not a screen protector it was a defect in delamination in the whole screen. That information was not disclosed at point not sale and I was lead to believe it was a screen protector after the fact. I would have never bought the car at the price it was if I had know I would have to come out an additional $1000+ to fix it. Customer service was fine up until that point, it’s been difficult to get in contact with anyone and i was fed misleading information at the point of sale and then after. I am highly disappointed and not satisfied More

Oscar Platt ultimately took ownership, contacted Smart AutoCare, and reduced my balance significantly, which I sincerely appreciate. However, the lack of communication and financial transparency before the repairs were completed created unnecessary stress and could have resulted in me paying thousands of dollars that should have been covered.
