Anthony was great, but you have people calling multiple times to make appointments, and when I ask what it's for, they don't know. Why would I bring my car in when you can't tell me why you're asking me to times to make appointments, and when I ask what it's for, they don't know. Why would I bring my car in when you can't tell me why you're asking me to bring it? Then 2 days later, they called again to do the same recall that I just had done. They seem disorganized and like they're just trying to get me in there to sell services that aren't needed. The tire report said my tires were fine and balance/alignment was okay, and they tried to sell me on an alignment I didn't need. More
