While I could have had my car towed to a closer Kia dealership for free, I chose Greater City Kia because they had better reviews. After calling to confirm they could diagnose my car there, I paid to h dealership for free, I chose Greater City Kia because they had better reviews. After calling to confirm they could diagnose my car there, I paid to have it towed to this location. After dropping it off on 3/11, it was frustrating that no one was able to diagnose it until 2 days later, and no one called to update me until I called twice. After 2 days, they informed me that the issue was my fuel pump and they would have to order the part. I was then told that the part was delayed due to shipping delays, which I understand, but after asking if I would be provided a rental, no one ever responded to me. 2 weeks later when my car was finally ready, I was told I had to pay an extra fee to have my car towed to their secondary facility, even though I had specifically paid extra to tow it to their location in the first place. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience aside from the employees who helped me whenever I called to check in and get answers. They were always incredibly kind and helpful, and I appreciated their help to get me connected with my technician. I don’t write reviews unless it’s to celebrate positive experiences, but this was an overall incredibly disappointing service experience and left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not buy a Kia again. More
