I love my Kia K5, but my experiences with the service department at City Kia of Greater Orlando have been consistently disappointing. While my sales experience in 2023 was excellent, the service side department at City Kia of Greater Orlando have been consistently disappointing. While my sales experience in 2023 was excellent, the service side has been frustratingly inconsistent. There appears to be a high turnover among service advisors, and nearly every visit involves working with someone new. Unfortunately, if I have one decent experience, it often seems to be followed by several frustrating ones. My most recent visit on May 13th was for a nail in my tire, a recall, and an oil change. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent, I felt rushed, and I received conflicting information regarding the work performed. After receiving my vehicle back, I continued hearing a noise from the tire and contacted the service department because I was concerned and preparing to travel. I specifically requested a callback regarding what I considered a safety concern and did not receive a timely response. I have also experienced long wait times, incomplete follow through on promised services, conflicting information, and repeated pressure regarding customer survey ratings. Customer satisfaction should be earned through quality service and communication, not requested afterward. In an effort to address my concerns privately, I emailed management directly. Manager Michael did initially reach out, but I was unavailable at the time and returned his call later that day as discussed. I also followed up by text and did not receive any further response. As a result, my concerns remain unresolved. I genuinely love my vehicle, but I no longer feel confident in the service experience at this location. More

I got an appointment so I got there and everything was quick. They inspected the car, suggested additional services that I didn't think of and gave me quotes for them. I am unsure of who Gabriel is but CINDY RODRIGUEZ who was my sales associate was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! She was very personable and really listened to my wants and needs for a new vehicle !!! Have had the worst experience with the people here and customer service every time besides the first time I actually bought the car. I got a NEW Kia k5 gt line in March and not even two days after I bough customer service every time besides the first time I actually bought the car. I got a NEW Kia k5 gt line in March and not even two days after I bought it then engine light came on. I brought it back a week later for service and they proceeded to keep my car for WEEKS. They did not let me know that this car had a potential recall and that there was an issue they knew about but didn’t want to tell me so I could still buy it. The first few times I tried to contact the service department I would be on hold or waiting for a call back AND HEAR NOTHING BACK. NO CALLS OR NOTHING. There was one day where I called back 4 different times after being told a manager would contact me. They only started taking the contact seriously when my dad had to start calling around for me. After keeping my car for weeks, with barely any updates and staying in a rental, they proceeded to claim that I opted out of messages, so my car was ready several days before I actually knew. We now have a claim opened and I was charged $645 for my rental even though I had no idea and had no contact from this location that my car was ready to be picked up. Few weeks later, brought my car in for the free tints that were included and was told it would be a 4 hour service the first time, and that my car was the first of the day to be worked on. Dropped it off at 10am and they did not finish until the end of the day after 7pm. Which is ridiculous. Was also promised a full tank of gas next time I went in but my sales rep proceeded to not answer my several text messages. Julio in accessories is actually the only one who tries to at least help. But at the end of the day the customer service here SUCKS and I fully regret buying a car here. More
