Feel as if it wasn,t the best deal I could have gotten but overall I did not feel if I was pressured into it. Also was asking about the Veterans discount which was in May. Lou was fantastic -- very helpful, never pushy, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I can't say enough nice things about him. He really took the time to make sure we were only paying helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I can't say enough nice things about him. He really took the time to make sure we were only paying for the options we really wanted so we could stay within our price range and leave happy and with a new car. He was also helpful about the trade-in process. The service people who Simonized our car and got it ready to take home were friendly and attentive and helped us save our DE National Park sticker from our trade in vehicle. Eric was very helpful and thorough during the final paperwork stages and was also very efficient. Finally, I only worked briefly with Patti, but she was really lovely and graciously helped me get set up to work with Lou. Even though I didn't work directly with anyone else, everyone I came into contact with in the dealership was quick with a smile and very friendly. More
The experience I've had with this delership was something very different from previous experiences. There was no pressure to buy but Lou showed me all the options to the car I was interested in. He presented the numbers to me which were very clear. I had second thoughts about buying the minivan after reading all the reviews. But Lou and Eric went out of their way(without badgering )to ease my anxieties and concerns. They were both very professional and very good at what they do. I had one downside with this experience, the car wasn't thoroughly cleaned which I've never experienced in my previous car purchases. But again Lou immediately took care of driving the car back for cleaning. I still have some concerns about the minivan but Lou sent me a comforting note to let me know I can call anytime for help. I believe that is true service. You are very blessed to have a salesman like him. I told my co-workers about my experience and they were amazed.I'm very impressed with the dealership. This is the speediest car purchase I've ever experienced. More
Ed was great we came in looking for a new mini van and had a good idea of what we wanted. He sat down and spoke with us to determine what would be a great fit for our family. Great overall experience with Flemington. Everything was done on-line using emails and telephone at the end of the sales process. I only went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Patti was very easy to work with and very responsive to all of my questions and comments. The deal was done in about 2 or 3 days even with some model changes. Lou Avitable was knowledgeable about the car. He took his time to walk through all the electronics and how the vehicle was setup. The overall delivery process took about 2.5 hours (would of been faster if we had the right insurance card). Very happy with the experience. If you want to negotiate prices to the nth degree, then this may not be the place for you since they are firm on their offers and would not budge to lower their price. More

I dealt with Craig Thompson who has sold vehicles to my family in the past. He was very informative and did not pressure me at all. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I was interested in a new car. I inquired about a new Dodge Charger with a lot of different options. In the end they had a car similar to what I wanted in the lot. I ended up buying a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Road and Track and have had it for two weeks now this car is amazing and I could not have been happier with the quality of the vehicle, not to mention the Hemi. The service was excellent, Craig really did an excellent job in giving me a good price and explaining to me all the different options my Car has on it. He set up my bluetooh for the phone and showed me how to use all of the features associated with my Charger. I will be doing business with him again and would refer all of my friends looking at a vehicle to him as well. Top notch service. Thank you! More
