Rick was such a huge help with the process of me purchasing a car. It was a plus that he remembered me although I did not see him in a few months which told me he was serious about portraying great purchasing a car. We appreciated Eric's extra mile he went to obtain the information concerning using our GM Card with the employee discount. (My stepfather is a retired GM employee). While getting this information, he became aware of an additional $2,000 discount that we were entitled to receive. David was VERY happy to re-do the paperwork to receive this additional discount. Ray let me sit at his desk while I waited for the car to be detailed. We went over everything again to assure that I had understood everything that had been discussed. He also assisted me with the Bluetooth in the car to link up with my phone. Job well done!!! More
