I rate Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda 5 stars because of the Friendly, professional and knowledgeable sales Team he was there. They Treat you like your family and not a Sale. I would definitely recommend Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda. About a month ago, I realized that I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I am very busy, with little time to car shop. I called Morries and spoke with one of the salesman (James). I gave him my 'wish list' for features and price range that was affordable. WIthin 30 minutes he emailed me several pictures, with details. After a few phone calls, back and forth and a couple of hours later, I was the elated owner of a new car (well, new to me). James even took care of the financing for me by finding the best company for my loan and getting it totally set up. The only thing I had to do, was call my insurance company and he even offered to do that. The part that really amazed me was that I live about 45 minutes away, instead of having to go through the hassle of finding a way to get my new car home, James contacted a driver and at 6:00pm that same evening, my car was delivered to my home, no extra charge to me!! The driver went over the paperwork with me again then handed me the keys!!!! I could not believe the transaction could go so smoothly. Also, after I had driven the car to and from work, for a few days, I noticed that the battery light was occasionally coming on. I called James and within a week I had a totally new battery. Thank you Morries Mazda - I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! More
i bought a car recently from morrie's mazda, and i must say that it was my best car-purchase experience ever. i had anticipated some challenges and difficulties - but it turned out to be a troublefree and say that it was my best car-purchase experience ever. i had anticipated some challenges and difficulties - but it turned out to be a troublefree and a pleasant experience. Mr ADAM OLMSTEAD made the difference. i knew i wanted to buy a mazda and started my google search and made some inquiries. posted some questions on morrie's website, and received a response back from adam within 24 hours. that was quickly followed by numerous questions (most of them stupid) via email from me, on a daily basis, which adam patiently and expeditiously addressed. i did not know adam beforehand, but he was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional from the start - i stopped looking for alternatives once i started communicating with him. he also assisted in the areas which i thought was outside his scope.....buying insurance, giving advice on winter/snow driving, even giving directions to the dmv office! he even went to the dealership to meet with me on his off day (as that was the only time convenient for me). adam knows the mazda models inside out, and was able to make wise recommendations. the process to buy the car was quick. the after-sales service exceeded my expectations so far, and i am very confident that it will remain that way....every little question was treated with a sense or urgency. no doubt, that was a first class experience.buy happy? absolutely. would i buy another car from adam in the future? of course. In the past two years we have purchased two vehicles from the Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda. The first vehicle we bought was a used 2005 Nissan Pathfinder. We were unable to find one for the right price. When I found one at Morries, the price was very reasonable and there was NO HAGGLING! It was already listed at the lowest possible price. I drove 520 miles to pick it up. Everyone there was very friendly and they all went out of their way to make sure we received the best possible customer service! Other then routine maintenance, I have never had any problems with this vehicle. In fact, we were so happy with the service we received, we recently took the 8 and a half drive from Lincoln, NE once again to lease a new Mazda 3 for my wife. We received the same service as I did on our first visit. We will always continue to use Morries Mazda in Chippewa Valley with all our future purchases! Good work Morries of Chippawa Falls!!! More
I explained to Josh, my salesperson, that I was looking for a used 4 door sedan with low miles but my ideal would be a crossover/SUV although I didn't really think there would be one in my price range. He showed me a few sedan options but I wasn't ready to purchase anything that I saw. A couple of weeks later Josh called me to inform me that there was a Mazda CX-7 (a crossover vehicle) with low miles, in great condition, and a price I couldn't resist. I really was impressed that he remembered me and considered me for a car they just received on the lot. I went down right away for a test drive and was sold. Josh and the finance team worked very well with me to get me into a monthly payment I was comfortable with. The Morrie's Buy Happy plan is very helpful to keep my car running well and looking great with the weekly carwashes available. I am so impressed with the customer service I was given by my salesperson and the vehicle I now own. I have not had service like this from any other dealer I have been to before. More
I had my vehicle in to fix leaky transmission lines. The service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service. There were no surprises in the cost and I was very happy with the overall ex service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service. This place is amazing! Everyone was super nice and were like old friends rather than your stereotypical salesmen. We were treated with the utmost respect and the selection of new and used cars is fantastic like old friends rather than your stereotypical salesmen. We were not sure if we wanted new or used so we followed their website for a couple of weeks, what we found was an amazing selection that come and go quickly so if there is something you want you better not wait, they don't seem to stay to long. We drove for over 2 hours to look at a car that I was told on the phone had been in small accident, but was repaired to almost like new condition. The Consumer Guide stated that the damage had been in the left REAR of the car. We took it for a drive, and it seemed ok accept for a strong pull to the left. The sales man said it most likely needed an alignment. Mad sense to me. Get it home and have a mechanic look at it and the damage had been in the FRONT left, and the frame was more than an inch out of whack still. Not even within legal tolerances, even though Morries stated they had done a thorough inspection on it. Ask them if they would refund our money since at time of purchase they claimed to be able to get the same price at wholesale action for it. They showed NO interest in remedying the situation,even though they had CLEARLY misrepresent, whether intentional or not, the severity and location of the damage. I am pursuing legal actions against them. More
