I put my Chevrolet Impala In the shop for issues with the auto stop. A diagnostic test was performed to say I needed another battery (both). I allowed chevyland to fix the maintenance issue their diagnostic test stated and stated I do Not want their recommendation. After Chevyland had my car for two days, by the third morning I called to say I will need my car back today and when I was asked about the service I want I stated I spoke with the technician yesterday so she Knew what I wanted. The person took my number she said so the technician can call with any questions. At the end of my workday I called to find out how much I owe. I was told 2,000. I asked how is that so when that was the original price. I was then told I called this morning and said I wanted everything. I stated no I did not. To be rudely asked “why you called here this morning then?” I stated to inform y’all that it is now 72h that you’ve had my car and I need it fixed. I was also informed that they couldn’t fix the problem. I was told maybe it’s wiring…I can pay $800 and the can see if that’s the problem. I request a manager b/c the technician was argumentative with me and demanded I requested all services and she had other staff members to hear me so her manager will Not change the price I owe. I asked to speak to a manager anyway. I I for him that the staff is a lie. I can bring my coworker that heard what I said which was not what chevyland staff stated. After investigating the manager took some of the labor fees off of service that I did not request but I still had a $1500 bill and to drive off with the same issue when I put my car in the shop. I will not recommend Chevyland service department to anyone. They are rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I still need to find a shop that can fix my car. How frustrating 😡 More

When I walked in he immediately came up to me and asked what I was looking for and when I told him I wanted the mali was fast. He truly is dedicated. If I could give negative stars I would. The service department had my 2017 Acadia for almost 5 weeks! They called me yesterday to come get it because the part needed is on "back order" and they weren't department had my 2017 Acadia for almost 5 weeks! They called me yesterday to come get it because the part needed is on "back order" and they weren't sure when the part would be in, it could be 6 months or a few days they didn't know. They were short rentals and needed their rental back. They told me their "tech" said my car was drivable until they received the part! My check engine light is on because my shutters that open and close to keep the car from OVERHEATING are broke. For me to keep an eye out and make sure the car don't overheat! If it does just bring it back in!! I also have a leak in my car they were SUPPOSED to fix and said they fixed it they DID NOT!! It's now WORSE leaking in water!! Their customer service has become absolutely HORRIBLE!! After purchasing as many vehicles as we have from them you'd think they'd have a little bit better customer service!! The paneling was tore apart. I had to walk back inside to get someone to put the paneling back together because they didn't even do that after they gave me my car! I called and asked to speak to a manager and they refused you let me speak to one! What did they do with my vehicle for 5 weeks you might wonder ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This last year their service has been horrible every time I take my vehicle in to be serviced they are rude and hateful and you wait 3 PLUS hours just for an oil change. I will never buy another vehicle from them!!! More
