my 1st experience with dealership was 2 months ago in the service dept .They were very kind,courteous and most importantly knowledgeable.The whole dept from manager down to service techs were great. So I recentlydecided to purchase a new silverado and thought that they deserved a chance to win my new purchase business.I did shop others that have been around for many years and ended up back at Chevrolet of Milford. I received the same great service in sales dept as I had in service. They just made the new car buying experience very pleasurable and did a little extra that was not expected. Tim Lonergan made the purchase process friendly and professional. Tim kept the communication process between he and myself at the point where I was always aware of what was happening and all my questi professional.
