My experience with Chevy of Milford was very pleasent. I called ahead to make an appointment as I was on a very tight schedule. Asked for a truck salesman and they sent me to Will Zoufaly. I told him I would be there at a certain time and he greeted me very respectfully. Gave me an overview of the 2 trucks I showed interest in and had a test drive in both. I purchsed the one I wanted and the rest of the deal went very smoothly Everyone I met at the dealership were friendly and the day I picked up my new truck, everything was in order and the vehicle was very clean ready to go with a full tank of gas. Steve was so helpful during my car buying experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and I wasn't pressured into buying additional options or packages that I didn't want. As for price, I am very focused on keeping monthly payments down. I was pleased with the rebates but that seems to get wiped out when extra warranties and leather protectants are added back into the price. More

I left feeling stress free but informed about the vehicle and my options. I did not have the same experience at another dealership which helped me decide to go with the Malibu at Milford Chevrolet. I was looking for a new Avalanche on line since they were discontining this model and there was a limited selection. I saw they had one with the right options. Steve was great taking care of the appointment for a test ride, (since we are from Long Island NY) The wife & I drove up, took the test ride with Steve and he explained all the features. We agreed on the price and he took care of all the details,setting up the delivery date, coming in on his day off and picking us up at the Bridgeport ferry to complete the sale.
