I found a 2025 new car online at this dealership's website. Car on the lot. I called sales on phone to purchase. Told salesman (A) that i would also be putting down $5,000 cash. We set a time and meeting day. I called to confirm our meeting the night prior and was told they had taken a deposit from a woman and I can have a very similar car to the one I had chosen. They never reached out, they never asked for a deposit (I offered as I was putting cash down), they tried to blame a new employee for being inept even though manager was involved. All in all a shady and DECEPTIVE dealership. I would avoid at all costs as there are so many other Chevy dealers in this area! More
