The dealership came to pick me up from my home which was fantastic. I didn't have to bother a friend to go sit at a dealership with me. Stan was very friendly and knowledgable. Matt informed me that the longest part of purchasing a car is the getting it ready for the customer so he made sure the car would be finished before I arrived. However, I wonder how much was actually done to the car as I noticed sticky residue on the back that I pointed out to Stan. Stan immediately took care of it which was great. I noticed some crusty residue on the steering wheel after I had left the dealership. Before leaving, Stan made sure to help setup the bluetooth in my car and go over the features with me. I still feel I could have gotten a better price, as every last penny of my check was squeezed out. I must say that Checkered Flag had the best selection of Jetta Sportwagens compared to any other VW dealership in Hampton Roads. More

Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy and let me take my time in coming to the decision on the vehicle I wanted.
