The primary quality of Brad which differentiated him from other salesman is that he wasn't too 'pushy', as many car salesman tend to be. He had faith in his product and was able to find the best deal available based on the customer at hand. I didn't know this before, but customers are more likely to buy from a salesman who they trust and with whom they've developed a certain repore. My wife had gotten some information about the car from Carl Dyson, I believe . But when we came back Carl was not in so we had to work with Brad. He was a little arrogant and obnoxious. And he was not knowledgable about some things such as the free Sirrus radio promotion for 3 months, he insisted was not free. And how we could not get a full tank of gas. Carl came in later and greeted us and spoke to us a couple of times while we were processing our vehicle. We wished we could have worked with Carl as he was much more personable and knowledgable but we would come back to Checkered Flag as we are happy with the Honda. More
