I was very satisfied with my car salesman, Brad Comess. He went above and beyond his job. I was trading in several motorcycles and he personally got the cycles to where they were supposed to go as I did n He went above and beyond his job. I test drove quite a few hondas and was more comfortable with the CR-V than anything else and was hoping it would be big enough for 3 different size car seats. I even put all three in but didn't buckle them so my fault for not thoroughly checking. Had to purchase a smaller booster seat and have her sit in the middle instead but even with the minor glitch it all has worked out and I love my new CR-V. I wouldn't trade it for anything else. Brad is a great salesman, he listens to what you are saying in what kind of vehicle you are wanting and also pays attention to what makes you feel the most comfortable driving. Vernon is a true Salesman with his customer being the top priority. I spent two weeks shopping for a vehicle, and explored other brands along with other HONDA dealers. I test drove the 2012 Civic LX at Hall Honda, and let me say their customer service DOES NOT EXIST. They, in turn, have lost my business forever. Charles Barker also called me and the internet sales staff could not answer a simple question, "where was the care built/assembled". My wife had to ask twice and try to explain that one. We never got the answer. I spoke with Vernon the previous week over the phone, but I had not settled on the make and model. Finally, after deciding it was the Honda Civic and I met such inadequate customer service from Hall Honda in getting the vehicle I wanted through them, I called Checkered Flag. When I asked to speak with a salesperson, Vernon answered. I asked him to locate the Pearl Blue Civic that was in the area and tell me what was on the vehicle. He offered to call back in one hour with the information. Vernon called back within the hour (something Hall could not do) and then he got the vehicle to the dealership for me to purchase the next day. Vernon delivered what he promised and I did not have to haggle or feel pressured in any way. I have always heard good things about Honda, and with Vernon Belford as your representative, my opinion, that first impression is on a firm footing. More
