Great customer service! Danielle was an amazing saleslady she took her time to go to the slides binder rules. We tested driving cars from 3 different car lots. Refreshing new car shopping experience Nate D Allen was very helpful during my recent visit to Checkered Flag Honda. My car was the victim of an inattentive driver who didn't notice that tr Nate D Allen was very helpful during my recent visit to Checkered Flag Honda. My car was the victim of an inattentive driver who didn't notice that traffic in front of him had stopped. I don't have an official determination that it's a total loss yet but figured I'd get a head start on shopping in case I have to hurry up and replace it. Nate understood when I explained that I was just doing research. After a test drive in a Pilot, he took time to go over all the differences between the versions and answer all my questions. I explained that I wasn't interested in the usual car sales process. I was going to give each dealer I visited one shot to provide their best offer. Nate explained that their dealership had changed several years ago to cut out the haggling and give their best price up front. A very refreshing experience when Nate immediately pulled up their best price on the two models I am considering. The previous dealer had dragged out the time between the question & the answer to about an hour, and then wanted to know if I wanted to give them a down payment. What part of "I'm not buying today" couldn't they understand? More
