He even explained and demonstrated features to both my girlfriend and myself that my girlfriends salesperson overlooked when she bought her Honda Civic elsewhere. The finance officer offered options but did not push them. He explained in detail the benefits of different option packages and financing costs, but was neutral to my ultimate decision. The service waiting area was inviting and clean as was the delivery bay. They are open late on Saturdays. All the employees seemed happy on my tours. The bathrooms were fresh and attractive. There was plenty of customer parking. This dealership is Highly recommended by myself thru personal experience for all these attributes and yet still remains price competitive to others who offer far less service or concern for your dollar. The drive was well worth the experience from start to finish. The 2010 Hybrid Civic was exactly what I wanted and as advertised. All the i's were dotted and the t's crossed. I only wish you folks were 250 miles closer. Perhaps you could come up this way and show a few of our local dealers how to achieve the 5 star experience for their customers. thanx again. More

Over the past 9 years, I have dealt with Mr. Anderson on several new and used car purchases, and trust me, no one does it better. Our most recent purchase began with a different dealer in the Checkered Flag family (Checkered Flag Audi Porsche) because the car my son wanted was only carried on the Checkered Flag Audi Porsche inventory. Dennis Anderson did not have to help us because there wasn't anything in it for him. However, he gave us all the information we asked for even though the car wasn't at his location. He also made sure we had a solid contact at the Checkered Flag Audi Porsche dealership to ensure we were taken care. Once we had checked out the car and decided we wanted to purchase it, Dennis stepped up to the plate and worked his magic with Checkered Flag Audi Porsche management to coordinate the transaction. He left his own dealership and drove in rush hour traffic to meet us at the Checkered Flag Audi Porsche dealership to sort out all the paperwork to make sure everything went quickly and efficiently. Of note, there were several other potential buyers for the car we wanted, and Dennis used his skills in making sure we had our purchase contract registered in the Checkered Flag Audi Porsche system before anyone else. Dennis also stuck around another 90 minutes to make sure our transaction sailed through. All this time he could have been at his dealership with other potential customers; however he was determined to make sure we were taken care of as "his" customer. Dennis finally installed our new license plates on the car and we were on our way. It is rare to find someone in the auto buying world who you can ask candid questions and expect to receive an honest and candid response. If Dennis Anderson tells you something, you can take it to the bank. My sons are also loyal fans of Dennis Anderson because they know he will be fair, open, and honest and advise them on options that work best for them and save them money in the process. When is the last time you ran into someone like Dennis Anderson? Probably a very long time is my guess. The one thing that we were really satisfied with was that Mr. Ben just did not hand us the keys to drive away, he showed us the many details of how to work the buttons in the Honda Pilot. (He could have just sent us home with the book because it was almost 8 PM when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the Honda Pilot.) Mr. Ben even had a notepad where there were page numbers of where to find the most important "stuff". He is a triple A+ sales consultant. We had purchased different makes & models of vehicles before from other dealerships, but the last three were all from Checkered Flag. We have not had an experience like what we had with Mr. Ben. We were in fact a little sad as we were driving away because we know we won't see him for a while. Mr. Ben exudes that "father figure" that you can really trust him with your life. Mr. Ben is definitely a great asset to Checkered Flag. We also had an excellent service from the Finance Manager. We surely hope that Mr. Ed Snyder will personally be notified of this survey, we want him to take care of Mr. Ben because we are definitely going back to purchase a fourth vehicle in the near future... I had gone to several other dealers when my neighbors, who had bought an Element from him, told me to go see Mr. Magoo. His service and price sealed the deal. Recently a few days before Christmas my neighbor went with my wife and I to buy a new CRV. We went to another dealer and got the runaround and went back to see Mr. Magoo. Again he was a great help and my neighbors bought a Fit Sport and we bought a CRV EX-L. Mr. Magoo is straightforward and very helpful. Also the finance manager was very pleasant and efficient.
